Septech renews partnership with marina builder
Septech, a water infrastructure engineer based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has announced it is to continue its partnership with Bellingham Marine.

The firm said that the business arrangement has been renewed for ten years with an option to extend it for another ten if certain projects in the Middle East are executed properly.

David Heffernan, Septech chief executive officer, said that the existing seven-year partnership has proved to be "extremely beneficial to both parties".

"Our long-term partnership with Bellingham Marine will allow us to optimise our waterfront activities not only locally, but across the entire GCC," he stated.

Mal Esfandiarinia, Septech's Marina project manager, added that it's marina division has grown in excess of 10,000 per cent during the past three years of operation.

The companies said that the new contract now covers developments in Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar as well as the UAE.

Earlier in the month, Septech was declared the Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Service Provider of the Year at this year's Middle East Facilities Management Awards 2008.
