Cityscape Market Intelligence Service signs key agreement with Asia Property Investment Network aimed at connecting global resources to regional opportunities

Cityscape Market Intelligence Service (CMIS) has signed a strategic agreement with leading Asian real estate and investment organization Asia Property Investment Network (APIN). The deal was part of a multi-association signing ceremony which took place at Cityscape China today (Thursday 26 June).

Through their respective market knowledge, professional membership and industry subscribers, the accord will lead both organizations towards sharing resources, exchanging professional expertise, improving market transparency and elevating industry best practice. Both parties intend to work together in contributing to China’s sustainable urban development, fostering a healthy development of the overall real estate industry.

Commenting on the signing, Zheng Xiaoping, Principal, BAZO Investments, China, said, “APIN has partnered with Cityscape China to promote collaboration between our respective organizations. Combining the CMIS dedicated market research, with our membership knowledge and expertise, will lead to an important trend that actually responds to genuine market needs - put simply - connecting global resources to regional opportunities.”

“Cityscape is now the world’s largest real estate event brand. CMIS has global reach to the most up-to-date market intelligence, enabling developers and investors alike to make informed decisions especially with respect to emerging markets where accurate information can be difficult to source,” said Rohan Marwaha, Managing Director, Cityscape.

In an unprecedented signing ceremony, which saw a total of five agreements signed APIN also inked accords with China Commercial Real Estate Association and Kangrong Hengtal Investment Ltd.

In addition the Asian Public Real Estate Association (APREA) signed two contracts with China Commercial Real Estate Association and the Industrial Cooperation Professional Committee of China Real Estate Association.

“This yet another milestone for the Cityscape brand. We are now recognised as an industry leader, not only in terms of our exhibitions, conferences and our in-house magazine, but with our market intelligence service as well,” added Marwaha.
