Capitala unveils new project

According to the firm, this new development will be located at the Zayed Stadium at the gateway to Abu Dhabi and offer a blend of residential, commercial and leisure opportunities.
A private beach, communal gardens and a canal will all be part of the additional features of the maiden project for the company.
Waleed Al Mokarrab Al Muhairi, chief operating officer of Mubadala, said that the real estate division of the company is "making investments in the real estate sector to address the growing need for high quality residential real estate and related services in Abu Dhabi".
Both the company and the project are "building blocks" of a long-term strategy he added.
Sasaki Associates and SMC Alsop are responsible for the design of the Arzanah development.
Capitala is a joint venture between the Mubadala Development Company and CapitaLand, the largest real estate firm in Singapore by market capitalization.
It was formed at the beginning of April.
