Jerry Koh to feature at real estate conference

The partner with Allen and Gledhill will be speaking in the Road to REITs and Private Equity, part of the GIREM event which takes place in May.
A variety of real estate professionals and key industry members are expected to be in attendance.
Jerry Koh, partner with Allen & Gledhill, said, "In the past ten years, REITs have changed the landscape of investments in the real estate industry globally."
"I intend to address the realty industry at GIREM on the new opportunities and challenges that REITs would throw open in India," he stated.
REITs are investment vehicles that own and manage a portfolio of real estate properties and mortgages.
Anyone can buy shares in a publicly traded REIT and they offer the benefits of real estate ownership without the expense or potential logistical difficulties of being a landlord.
